DSMC is working to build the commercial business entity now that will set up the Cyber Education Center of Academic Excellence (CECOAE) which DSMC and it’s Members and Partners plan to establish based on well known and respected curriculum and models, but with specific sovereign approaches that meet the local requirements for every nation globally.
