Former Armoured Troop Leader and Brigade Staff Officer, British Army
Mr. Timothy Moore is a former British Army Officer who has served two tours of Iraq as an Armoured Troop Leader and a Brigade Staff Officer.
Mr Moore is currently fulfilling the role of Foreign Military Sales Manager for Arnold Defense and within that role is currently leading a multi-organisation team in developing and marketing the FLETCHER Laser Guided Weapon System (LGWS). The FLETCHER LGWS, is a step up in terms of organic fires and allows Special Forces or Conventional Troops to engage targets and deliver effect beyond conventional means and at a substantially reduced cost. The formulation of this concept was critically based on Mr Moore’s training with the British Army and is based on the fundamentals of Royal Armoured Corps Training and Doctrine. Mr Moore and his team are currently advising Special Forces Groups from across Allied Nations on its use and development.
Mr Moore is an expert in Defence with a focus on Expeditionary LAND Operations and the development and sustainment of weapon systems. After resigning his commission in 2008, Mr Moore embarked on a career in Defence, with a Globally renowned provider of Maintenance Equipment to militaries across the globe and is now leading a consortium of OEMs within the FLETCHER LGWS Program Team. Consortium members include BAE Systems, Military Systems Group, Rockwell Collins, Nammo and Supacat.
Mr Moore is a graduate of the University of Bristol with Majors in Russian and Former Yugoslavian Politics and is a keen Sportsman with twins and a formidable wife.
